Kumaran is the Managing Director of Rosehill Search, responsible for key client relationships and overall global management of the firm that he established in 2016.
He has been in Executive Search since 2006 and has both an extensive track record and client network across prominent Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, Proprietary Trading Firms, Exchanges, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Asset Managers, Commodity Trading Houses and Family Offices.
With oversight for Credit, Interest Rates, Foreign Exchange, Commodities and Emerging Markets, Kumaran has an impressive hiring track record across a wide variety of disciplines including Trading, Sales, Structuring, Financing, Research, Strategy & Analytics.
He also specialises in and leads Rosehill Search’s Emerging Markets practice and has been involved in some of the most high-profile hires in this space over his career.
Widely respected through his nearly two-decade career, Kumaran has successfully led and grown high performing Executive Search teams and businesses whilst also advising on and completing a substantial number of mandates across multiple jurisdictions for his clients, including team moves and creation of new revenue streams.
Kumaran read Mathematics & Economics at Bristol University.
Partner, FICC
Oliver heads up the Credit Team at Rosehill Search, overseeing Trading, Sales, Research & Structuring, across both Europe and the US. Oliver was one of the first employees to join the firm in 2017, leaving his previous role to help build out the Fixed Income business at Rosehill. Oliver obtained a 1st in Economics & Management at The University of Leeds.
Head of Americas
Edward has been with Rosehill Search since the firms inception at the end of 2016. He runs the Global Foreign Exchange practice and is responsible for senior and mid-level placements across Sales, Trading, Structuring (FX & Rates) & Research. Prior to joining Rosehill Search, he spent 18 months as a consultant at a boutique search firm covering Fixed Income & FX. Edward has a strong interest in financial markets and holds a BSc in Economics.
Head of Interest Rates
Ricky runs the Interest Rates practice at Rosehill Search and is responsible for hires across G10 Rates Trading & UK/European Sales. Before joining Rosehill Search in 2018, Ricky was at a global search firm focusing on Fixed Income Sales for the Americas. Ricky read Economics at the University of Birmingham.
Head Of Investment Management
Shaun joined Rosehill Search in 2023 to lead the Investment Management team. He specialises in Portfolio Management, Investment Research and Product Specialist hires within Asset Managers, Wealth Managers and Family Offices. Shaun has gained 4+ years’ experience within Investment Management recruitment across all levels of seniority since graduating from Royal Holloway, University of London in 2019.

Alisha joined the FX practice at Rosehill Search in 2020 covering eFX and Trading. Since then, her focus has shifted to Commodities, where she covers Sales, Trading, Research and Structuring across EMEA. Prior to joining Rosehill Search, Alisha worked at a boutique Legal Search firm covering Private Practice. Alisha read Law at the University of Nottingham

Max joined Rosehill Search in Autumn of 2021 where he initially sat in the Credit business covering the European and US Markets, operating across Sales, Trading, Research and Structuring. He is now heading up Rosehill’s FX business in Europe across Trading, Sales and Research. Prior to joining Rosehill Search, Max read Politics at the University of Exeter before achieving a merit in the GDL Law Conversion.
Associate, FX
Bertie joined the FX practice at Rosehill Search in 2022 on the graduate programme. He has a global focus and operates across Sales and Structuring. Prior to joining Rosehill Search, Bertie read Archaeology and History at the University of Cardiff.
Senior Associate, Credit
Matthew joined the Credit practice at Rosehill Search in 2023. He has a UK, European and US focus and operates across the various market disciplines, including Sales, Trading, Research and Structuring. Prior to Rosehill Search, Matthew worked at Steinger, Green & Feiner Law Firm as a legal assistant. Matthew achieved an MA in Business Management from the University of Durham and read Political Science at Methodist University, USA.
Associate, Emerging Markets
Zak joined the Emerging Markets practice at Rosehill Search in 2023. He has a global coverage across various market disciplines such as Trading, Sales, Strategy/Research & Structuring. Prior to joining Rosehill Search, Zak worked in Real Estate where he gained his Sales experience. He read Mathematics& Economics at the University of Sussex.
Head of HR & Operations
Charlotte is an Associate member of the CIPD with over 12 years’ experience working within the recruitment industry. She joined Rosehill Search in 2022 and is responsible for the implementation and delivery of a range of HR projects and business strategies. Prior to this she has worked in start-up, SME and FTSE recruitment organisations.
